About The Position

Haverkamp Properties, a 31-year-old family business, is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to join their team. Success in this role is measured by lead generation, lead conversion, and customer fulfillment, with specific accountability for hitting weekly pre-leasing goals (greater than 95% occupancy), obtaining a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%, and maintaining a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month. The company operates on EOS, ensuring a supportive leadership structure with clear directions, necessary tools, and regular one-on-one meetings.

Requirements

• Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
• Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, working with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college, etc.
• Solve problems by overcoming objections
• Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
• Support other team members by assisting them as needed
