Requirements
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
- Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
- Convert prospects into residents through effective sales and closing techniques
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records within property management software
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to drive traffic and occupancy
- Support community events and resident engagement activities
