About The Position

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for advertising and promoting the property, utilizing industry-specific software for lead management, providing tours to prospective and current residents, and completing the full cycle lease process. This role also involves ensuring compliance with renter's insurance, maintaining resident occupancy of 95%, and ensuring the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue. The position requires engaging with prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously, escalating tenant relation issues to the Property Manager, and facilitating resident events. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant must comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements, appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes, and attend training and development seminars.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
