About The Position

Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated part-time Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our 224-unit community in Glendale, WI. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
• Weekend availability required
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage
• Final candidates will be required to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
• Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
• Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
• Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
