The company provides support in management, a multimillion-dollar apartment community to lease, intensive training, and drives traffic to the community through various media sources.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
• Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to close deals and ask for the sale.
• Professional appearance and projection.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Up-to-date California Driver's License.
• Up-to-date car insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• A college degree.
