About The Position

The Leasing Consultant will play a critical role in the success of the Voda and Rive community, located in the heart of the Zibi master planned community. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, building meaningful relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives occupancy and resident satisfaction. At Rhapsody, Leasing Consultants are trusted brand ambassadors who combine sales expertise with a passion for service, helping prospective residents find a place they are proud to call home while contributing directly to the overall success of the property.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 + years of related sales experience.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
Functional knowledge of various Social Media tools and best practices.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Dedication to providing and modeling exceptional service.
Demonstrate capacity for collaboration, with ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed and ambiguous environment.
Be a self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency, a demonstrated work ethic and integrity.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly as well as to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence leadership regarding proposed strategies.
Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with Yardi is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community and beautiful grounds.
Manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and building rapport with prospects and residents.
Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of the available Rhapsody home.
Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
Coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals and other office activities using attention to detail, planning and organizing skills.
