About The Position

Heritage Hill Property Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are great with people, enjoy sales and customer service, and are looking for a position with opportunities for growth. Prior property management experience is not required, as the company is seeking individuals who can connect with prospective residents, provide excellent customer experiences, and convert interest into signed leases. This position is presented as the first step on a career path, with the potential to advance to Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Director of Property Management through Heritage Hill's EDGE program, offering increased earning potential.

Requirements

• Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale
• Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check
• Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM)

Responsibilities

• Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home
• Conducting property tours and following up with prospects
• Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• Building positive relationships with current residents
• Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly
• Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance
