About The Position

Join our team as a Leasing Consultant at our multi-family property in Texarkana, AR! We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic professional to assist in leasing and property management while delivering an exceptional experience to residents and prospective tenants. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of leasing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with residents and applicants.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic office and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for some weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Tax credit experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents, current residents, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Showcase our community by conducting apartment tours and explaining lease terms and amenities.
  • Support marketing and leasing strategies while ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies.
  • Handle essential office tasks, including answering calls, processing applications, filing paperwork, and data entry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless daily operations within the leasing office.
