As a Leasing Consultant on the Sales & Marketing Team, you will play a key role in fostering these values by ensuring outstanding resident experiences and driving community engagement.

Requirements

• A mindset focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (social media savvy)
• A willingness to engage with people over the phone in addition to texting
• A professional and polished appearance
• An inclination towards sales

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects, providing helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and converting leads into community tours.
• Provide informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
• Ensure consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
• Create awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
• Be available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.
