This role involves connecting with prospects, guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing the community, driving renewals, boosting marketing efforts, delivering hospitality, supporting the team, and championing communication.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least six months of customer service experience.
Willingness to complete a fair housing seminar within one year.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and afterhours events.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and complete daily tours of the community.

Responsibilities

Answer inquiries, assess housing needs, and present our beautiful apartment homes and amenities.
Guide prospects through the leasing process, follow up, and help them make Liv Communities their new home.
Ensure common areas and model homes are always ready to impress.
Develop and implement renewal programs, negotiate lease terms, and keep residents happy.
Build relationships with local businesses, plan open houses, and brainstorm creative advertising ideas.
Prepare welcome packets, gifts, and refreshments for visitors and new residents.
Assist with administrative tasks, resident service requests, and community events.
Maintain friendly rapport with residents, team members, and contractors.
