About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time position supporting two apartment communities, Crosswood Apartments and 1840 Garden, located across the street from each other. The primary office location will be Crosswood Apartments. The role involves advertising and promoting the properties, managing leads using industry-specific software, conducting tours for prospective and current residents, completing the full lease process, ensuring compliance with renter's insurance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and collecting rent and other revenues. The position also requires engaging with tenants professionally, escalating issues to the Property Manager, and facilitating resident events. The role is expected to last approximately 3 months.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Responsibilities

  • Advertise and promote the property
  • Utilize industry specific software for lead management
  • Provide tours to prospective and current residents
  • Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
  • Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
  • Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
  • Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
  • Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
  • Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
  • Facilitate resident events
  • Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
  • Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
  • Attend training and development seminars
  • Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
