About The Position

LUMA Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their Bowen on Henderson community in Dallas, TX. This role is focused on delivering a luxury experience, building connections, and helping residents feel at home. As the face of the property, the Leasing Consultant will maintain a polished presence and create an unforgettable first impression. The company is particularly interested in bilingual candidates. The Leasing Consultant will bring the LUMA Playbook to life by engaging prospective residents with personalized tours, presenting apartment homes and amenities, screening applicants, and achieving a 33%+ conversion rate. They will provide an elevated, concierge-style customer experience, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the leasing office and community reflect a high-end environment. Additionally, the role involves supporting a collaborative team by bringing fresh ideas, participating in resident events, and contributing to a culture of excellence. Driving leasing and marketing efforts through strategic outreach and supporting branding initiatives are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience (required)
  • Understand the importance of luxury branding, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus!
  • Confidence, professionalism, and strong follow-through
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Professional appearance aligned with a luxury community standard
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-level customer service
