We’re looking for a motivated and customer-service driven Leasing Consultant to join our team in Hollywood at The Upton Apartment Homes. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community—helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional leasing experience from the first tour to move-in day.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, reliable and organized
• Ultimate team-player

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred

Responsibilities

• Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Generating and handling traffic.
• Leasing apartments.
• Qualifying prospects.
• Preparing lease documentation.
• Completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
• All activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention.
