About The Position
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at Oakwood Village Apartments in Parkersburg, WV. This role offers the opportunity to learn from a successful team and contribute to a growing company that is a leader in multifamily ownership.
Requirements
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
- Yardi experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
