Requirements

• Entry-level; no prior leasing experience required
• Ability to commute to and from work reliably
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Full-time availability: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (4 weekdays) and most Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Nice To Haves

• Sales or office experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be the face of your community — building connections with prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes, and guiding them through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease.
• Partner closely with your Property Manager and Maintenance team to create an exceptional resident experience while helping your property meet and exceed its financial goals.
