Requirements

Minimum of two years sales/leasing experience or equivalent
Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
Ability to use computer and basic office equipment to perform job duties
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills a must
Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public
Follow directions and work independently
Basic computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
Must have basic understanding of the English language, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally
A reliable vehicle and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record may be required for this position (to perform marketing duties)

Responsibilities

Perform activities related to apartment rental and renewal
Providing apartment tours
Outreach marketing
Qualifying prospective residents
Preparing paperwork
Completing move-in procedures
Meeting with current residents regarding lease renewal and rates
Maintain excellent resident relations
Provide superior customer service
Work with residents to provide solutions
Participate in resident promotions or functions
Represent the property community in a positive manner and convey the benefits of the community to prospective residents
Proactively participate in the team effort to accomplish desired results
Participate in staff meetings as required
