About the Role: As a Leasing Consultant supporting our apartment community, New Providence Park in Wilmington, NC , you will serve as the ambassador between our residents, the public, and the community management team. You will be the heart of our community, bringing people and lifestyles together. This position is being hired as a full-time temporary role to support our team. The role will primarily be based at New Providence Park , but may also provide support at other Wilmington-area communities as needed. This is a great opportunity to join the Tribute team, gain experience within our portfolio, and potentially transition into future opportunities as they become available. If you are a creative sales enthusiast with a passion for building lasting relationships, this is the perfect role for you!

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proven track record in customer service or sales.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.

  • Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.

  • Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
