About The Position

GL Partners Management (GLPM) is seeking a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven Leasing Consultant to join their team at a garden-style multifamily community in Redland, OR. This role is more than just filling apartments; it's about building trust, fostering community, and helping residents feel genuinely at home. The position is full-time, onsite, requires weekends, and offers strong commission potential. GLPM emphasizes a people-first approach, combining institutional standards with a hospitality-driven management style.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences
Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours
Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction
Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience
Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files
Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards
