This role also involves engaging with prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously, escalating tenant relation issues to the Property Manager, and facilitating resident events. The position requires approximately 80% in an office environment using a computer and phone, and 20% inspecting property grounds, which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and maneuver walkways. The role also involves the ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
