We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to all Fair Housing Laws and regulations.

Requirements

High School diploma required
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance must be maintained
Ability to work weekends
Computer experience in Windows packages
Typing & data entry required
Above average verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to walk property and stairs on a daily basis for inspection and leasing

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred
Leasing/Marketing experience preferred but will train

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
Securing leases through effective sales and marketing techniques
Developing competitive marketing strategies
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the community, property features, and competitor offerings
Building relationships with local businesses and realtors to attract new residents
Preparing lease documents
Collecting fees
Coordinating service requests
Ensuring vacant units are market ready
Contributing to maintaining a welcoming office environment
Planning community events
Managing social media postings in line with company policies
Collaboration with the team and upholding a professional demeanor
Fostering positive resident relationships and resolving issues diplomatically
