About The Position

Immediate Opening – Interviewing This Week! We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community team in Demorest, GA. Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of their regular weekly schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. If you enjoy working with people, giving apartment tours, and helping residents find their perfect home, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management. This is a part time position working 24-30 hours per week. Weekends required

Requirements

• Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of apartment leasing or multifamily experience
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite, or other property management software preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Organized, professional, and motivated

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes with prospective residents
• Convert prospects into new leases and meet leasing goals
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Prepare leases and coordinate move-ins
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and amenities
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident retention
