The Leasing Consultant will work under the general supervision of the Community Manager, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Able to communicate both orally and in writing using English and use of basic arithmetic skills
• Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation and possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM for site errands
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Persuasive marketing and sales skills
• Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Achieving and maintaining as close to 100% occupancy as possible by presenting property and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Prepare reports related to occupancy
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs and economic viability of prospect customers
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the surrounding properties market status
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Community Manager and/or TMAM Management
