You will leverage your sales skills and excellent customer service to understand resident motivations, customize tours, and convince them to choose Western's communities. The role is high-energy and involves constant activity. The company supports its consultants with management, provides multimillion-dollar apartment communities to lease, offers intensive training, drives traffic through various media, and provides best-in-class apartment homes.

Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position
Ability to interact effectively with everyone
Demonstrate initiative
Be a deal closer
Not afraid to ask for the sale
Maintain a professional appearance
Possess computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word
Familiarity with Excel
Familiarity with Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual English/Spanish
Yardi Voyager experience
College degree
