About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, Colorado. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents while using sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy. The position also supports leasing operations, resident relations, and property administration. The anticipated fill date is December 2026. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Thoroughly and promptly qualify apartment applicants.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files.
• Accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee lease signing by new residents.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payment.
