About The Position
Providence Real Estate is expanding its team at 2211 Grand Isle Apartments and is seeking a motivated, people-first Leasing Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales and are dedicated to providing a five-star customer experience. The position involves matching prospective residents with suitable homes, managing the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in, maintaining positive resident relationships to encourage lease renewals, and handling administrative tasks related to leasing and office operations. The Leasing Consultant will represent the community with professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing sales (2+ years preferred)
- Confidence in closing deals and providing top-tier service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A reliable vehicle to get to and from work
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar leasing software
- Knowledge of resident retention strategies
- Knowledge of multifamily housing
Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents through available apartment homes
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with residents to encourage lease renewals
