About The Position

CIG Communities is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional leasing experience for prospects and residents, supporting the overall success of the community. The Leasing Consultant will be the face of the communities, assisting potential residents in finding their perfect home and maintaining strong relationships with existing residents. This position will float between Aqua and Aspire Kenwood.

Requirements

1+ Year leasing, sales, or customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (multifamily or related industry preferred).
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work weekends as needed to meet leasing and resident needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience with leasing software (ResMan, Yardi, Entrata, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective residents through in-person tours, phone interactions, and digital communication.
Showcase available apartments, highlight community features, and guide prospects through the leasing process with enthusiasm and expertise.
Assist with renewals, resident engagement initiatives, and retention efforts to create a strong community.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community events to drive traffic and awareness.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, lease agreements, and resident records.
Stay informed about local rental trends and conduct competitive market surveys to ensure our properties remain top choices in the market.
