They are seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant for their Bexley Wolf Ranch location in Georgetown, TX. This role involves providing excellent customer service to prospects and residents, processing applications and leases, assisting residents with various needs, coordinating with maintenance, and planning resident activities. Requirements

Strong customer service and admin experience needed.
Experience from customer service, sales or hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

Work with prospects interested in learning more about the communities, answering internet leads and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting community tours.
Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure security deposits and leaseholders sign the lease.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, assisting with renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, adding pets, apartment transfers, and account inquiries.
Collaborate with maintenance, inspect ready apartments, monitor property needs, and follow up with residents on work orders.
Create a positive move-in experience for residents.
Process move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
