We’re looking for a motivated and customer-service driven Leasing Consultant to join our team in Tampa at Deerpath on the Lake Apartments. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community—helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional leasing experience from the first tour to move-in day. MAXX Properties owns and operates multifamily apartment communities in seven states nationwide. Established in 1936, we have served our communities for 90 years while providing an unparalleled level of service to our residents. The MAXX Properties portfolio includes 35+ communities consisting of over 9,000 owned and managed multifamily units throughout seven states including two corporate offices in New York and Denver.

Requirements

• Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized
• Ultimate team-player

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred

Responsibilities

• Encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
• Generate and handle traffic
• Lease apartments
• Qualify prospects
• Prepare lease documentation
• Complete move-in paperwork and procedures
