About The Position

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find a home and build positive relationships with current residents. The role involves presenting the community and its amenities, guiding prospects through leasing, and contributing to leasing and occupancy goals while helping create a welcoming community.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warm, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, or eagerness to learn and grow in these areas.
Commitment to providing excellent service and working with people.
Comfort using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage prospective residents as they explore the property.
Showcase the property's features and amenities.
Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
Prepare and execute accurate lease agreements in compliance with legal requirements.
Address current residents' needs and help foster a sense of belonging.
Answer questions and resolve concerns, creating positive interactions.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings.
Help plan and host resident events.
