AMLI Residential is searching for an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Redmond Way, an exciting new lease-up in Redmond, Washington. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, help build a thriving community from the ground up, and showcase talent in sales, marketing, and resident relations. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of AMLI Redmond Way, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
• Passion for people and customer service.
• Marketing savvy, including experience with social media, networking, and traditional marketing.
• Weekend availability.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury lease-up experience.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and residents, greeting, qualifying, and building relationships to help them find their perfect home.
• Conduct tours of the apartments and highlight the community's features.
• Generate leads through phone, internet, and social media to drive occupancy goals.
• Plan and host resident events to foster a sense of community.
• Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure all details are handled with care.
• Network with apartment locators and businesses to promote the property.
