About The Position
Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Leasing Consultant position at El Cordova Apartment Homes, a 304-unit community located in Carson, CA. The role involves being the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing a polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor. The position requires a knack for sales, strong customer service skills, and the ability to understand resident motivations to customize tours and convince them to lease. It is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where the consultant will be responsible for leasing apartment homes.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
- Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
- Demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to ask for the sale.
- Professional appearance and projection.
- Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leasing experience.
- Yardi Voyager experience.
- College degree.
