About The Position

The overall objective of this position is to maintain a high physical occupancy by focusing their efforts on attracting and retaining qualified residents to their community. Responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing preferred
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Entrata experience preferred
  • Ability to work schedule of Monday through Friday, weekends as needed
  • Sales and closing ability, overcoming objections and follow up discipline
  • Customer service excellence, problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Deescalation skills with frustrated residents

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comps in the market.
  • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Inspects apartments before residents move in, ensures apartments are in ready condition, and schedules any outstanding items to be addressed with the maintenance team.
  • Follow up with all leads in CRM/PMS within 24 hours
  • Complete work order callbacks daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Complete required monthly training in the company’s LMS.
  • Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, using internet marketing tools (and following other community-specific marketing plans, drives, and special programs.
  • Ensures that the community and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality by inspecting the leasing tour daily and communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the community’s maintenance team members.
  • Executes and performs activities supporting the community’s lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages for residents, meeting with and contacting renewing residents before move-out dates and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
  • Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, resolves problems and/or documents, and conveys requests to the appropriate individual(s).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
