About The Position

Anderson Communities is seeking full-time Leasing Consultants to join their growing teams in Lexington, KY. The role involves combining sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to award-winning apartment communities. The goal is to provide a pleasant experience for people searching for affordable, high-quality housing and a place to call home. Leasing Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage plus excellent commission opportunities, with an average annual earning potential of $40K-48K+.

Requirements

• Previous, successful sales experience in any industry
• Previous commission-based sales preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be available to work alternating weekends
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn new software
• Must be drug free and maintain a neat appearance
• Must be felony free, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

• Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking within the local community
• Schedule and conduct tours, showcasing options and amenities
• Process lease agreements and move-in inspections
• Promote Resident retention and provide excellent customer service
• Help create and participate in Resident events
