Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing position.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
Demonstrate initiative and be a deal closer.
Not afraid to ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience.
Yardi Voyager experience.
A college degree.
