Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position (previous leasing experience not required)
Ability to interact effectively with everyone
Demonstrate initiative
Be a deal closer
Not afraid to ask for the sale
Maintain a professional appearance and projection
Possess computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual English/Spanish
Yardi Voyager experience
College degree
