About the Role: As a Leasing Consultant at our apartment community, Arbor Trace , in Wilmington, NC , you will be the ambassador between our residents, the public, and the community management team. You will be the heart of our community, bringing people and lifestyles together. Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Proven track record in customer service or sales.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a market competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
• Adapt your leasing presentation to secure a “yes.”
• Follow up and build rapport naturally.
• Plan and host exciting resident events and on-site activities.
• Adhere to company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
• Manage property social media to company standards.
• Take on additional duties as requested.
• Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
• Show loyalty and care for your teammates.
• Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
