Responsibilities

Work with prospects interested in learning more about the communities.
Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours.
Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure leaseholder signatures and security deposit collection.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, assisting with renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, apartment transfers, and account inquiries.
Collaborate with the maintenance team, inspect ready apartments, monitor property needs, and follow up with residents on work orders.
Ensure a positive resident move-in experience.
Manage resident move-outs, including processing and security deposit dispositions.
Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
