Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in leasing a multifamily conventional property
Direct experience with Yardi management software
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated
Self-directed
Able to work with/without direct supervision
At least 1 year of leasing for a multifamily community experience is desirable

Responsibilities

Completing regular market survey reports
Planning, controlling, and directing the day-to-day leasing operations of the property
Maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations
Maintaining strong occupancy through leasing skills
Working alongside the manager of the property in accordance with ownership/Indigo guidelines
Meeting the financial objectives of the ownership and management
Protecting the value and integrity of the real estate
Being responsive to all applicable government agency standards and requirements
Leasing
Collections
Resident services
Maintenance
Assisting with marketing budgeting
Information reporting
Completion of all compliance related documentation for the property while maintaining compliance with applicable partners, laws and company policies
