About The Position
Rambler Columbus, a student apartment community opening at Georgia Tech, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate (LMA) to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have a passion for sales, social media, and working with people. The LMA will be instrumental in creating a memorable resident experience by executing leasing strategies, organizing community events, and supporting marketing initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience and skill development within a dynamic team environment, contributing directly to the community's leasing success.
Requirements

- Passion for customer service, leasing, and marketing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Leasing Consultant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Enjoyment of social media, marketing, and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, greeting prospective residents with enthusiasm and providing tours.
- Assist with lease applications and ensure a smooth process for future residents.
- Utilize CRM to track leads, manage prospect interactions, and ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with front desk operations, including handling inquiries, calls, and emails.
- Plan and execute engaging resident events aligned with the Rambler Atlanta brand.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to align marketing content with leasing and community engagement.
- Maintain the tour path to create a positive first impression.
- Research competitors, track trends, and contribute marketing ideas.
- Work with leadership to strategize and achieve leasing goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance leasing, marketing, and customer service skills.
- Support the Leasing Manager in coaching new team members on sales and leasing techniques.
- Assist with special projects, outreach efforts, and creative marketing campaigns.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
