This part-time position requires the ability to deliver high-quality customer service and dedication to our residents. Ideal candidates are creative, adaptive, outgoing and hardworking! Be part of the foundation at Verve Fayetteville—Fayetteville’s newest off-campus destination! We are looking for a high-energy Community Intern to join the inaugural team at Verve Fayetteville. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to launch a brand-new development serving the University of Arkansas. As part of our "Lease-Up" team, you’ll be responsible for building the hype, creating the culture, and filling our doors for the very first time. Responsibilities
- Sell the Vision: Master the art of "Pre-Leasing." You’ll lead tours of our leasing gallery and model units, using your energy to help students and parents visualize the finished luxury experience.
- Build the Hype: Launching a new building requires massive visibility. You’ll lead aggressive on-campus marketing, "guerrilla" marketing tactics, and social media blitzes to make Verve the most anticipated opening in Fayetteville.
- Foundation Builder: You aren't just following a culture; you’re creating it. You’ll help plan the very first resident events and "VIP" experiences for our founding leasers.
- The Sales Specialist: Navigate the "Cardinal Way of Leasing" to hit aggressive weekly goals. You’ll handle high-volume inquiries and guide future residents through the brand-new application and screening process.
- Expert Guide: Be the expert on Fayetteville’s newest amenities. From the rooftop views to the tech-heavy study spaces, you’ll know every square inch of the blueprints
