About The Position

Saratoga Capital is seeking a full time leasing professional to work at our community in Downtown Seattle. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. This position requires that you assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations, but most importantly it requires that you assist current residents with questions and concerns as well as lease apartments to future residents.

Requirements

• At least one-year of proven leasing and sales background desired.
• Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience desired.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Computer skills: Experience with RealPage or Property Management software desired.
• Ability to input data into the computer system for entering future resident visits and work orders.
• Must be flexible and available to work on weekends.
