About The Position

Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude. This role will be based at our brand new Property, Wall Street Place, a 155-unit residential new construction, and will also support River Commons (34 units) in Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will manage all leasing inquiries, communicate knowledgeably about available properties, create and distribute marketing materials, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment. The position requires highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills and the ability to adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
  • Customer service and detail-oriented
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Residential Property Management experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Exceptional resident relations skills
  • Strong administrative background with affordable housing, FLEX/AHP in residential communities
  • Experience using Yardi property management systems, prior Leasing or Admin experience preferred

  • Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required
