About The Position

Join the Monarch Team: Leasing & Marketing Specialist! Location: Metro Detroit, Michigan Area Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends—Some Saturdays may be required.) Compensation: $60,000/Year + Up to $3,000/Year in Bonus Potential! At Monarch, we believe in being completely transparent and having a little fun along the way. Requirements

2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management
3+ years of experience in marketing
Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Canva.
Exceptional communication, top-notch organizational and time management skills, and a professional appearance.
A positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and the natural ability to motivate others.
Ability to pass a soft credit review

Nice To Haves

Rent Café and Yardi knowledge is strongly preferred.
