About The Position

Quarry Walk is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Specialist who is driven by data and execution. This role is for someone who not only understands conversion numbers but actively works to improve them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fixing issues within the leasing funnel, optimizing underperforming listings and ads, and ensuring social media content is effective and on-brand. This is a hands-on role requiring both analytical skills and the ability to implement marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Multi-family leasing/marketing experience
• A real track record in analytics and reporting, not just execution
• Hands-on marketing chops — you can build the fix, not just point at it

Nice To Haves

• ILS platform experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret the full leasing funnel — traffic, tours, conversions
• Manage and optimize ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafe)
• Keep social and website content sharp, current, and on-brand
• Build and run marketing campaigns based on what the data actually says is working
