Requirements

2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management.
3+ years of experience in marketing.
Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Canva.
Exceptional communication, top-notch organizational and time management skills, and a professional appearance.
A positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and the natural ability to motivate others.
Ability to pass a soft credit review.
Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Rent Café and Yardi knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Bring a positive, high-energy attitude to leasing offices, making a fantastic first impression with prospective residents.
Positively motivate on-site teams and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
Travel within the local region to support and elevate properties (all within Omaha).
Update website information and specials.
Assist with leasing apartments and maintaining occupancy goals.
