We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Associate who is passionate about connecting with people, driving leasing success, and promoting our community brand. As a Leasing & Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include: Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community. Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out. Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content. Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement. Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. Requirements

  • A people-person with strong communication and sales skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, climb stairs, walk community grounds, and lift 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!).
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
