Leasing and Experience Manager (100 Moffet, Madera, Hiro)
About The Position
As a Leasing & Experience Manager at Prometheus, you will do more than just manage properties; you will be responsible for fostering a sense of home and belonging for residents. This role is a dynamic blend of neighbor relations, leasing activities, daily operations, and supervisory responsibilities. You will focus on building relationships, planning events, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with leasing efforts, developing strategic sales and marketing programs, managing resident profiles, and overseeing pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections. A key aspect of this role involves supervising the leasing team, providing training and development, and celebrating successes.
Requirements
- Passion for working in a customer service, sales and marketing environment.
- At least two years' experience in a leasing position.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Present a professional approach to remedy any Neighbor concerns and follow-up as necessary to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.
- Assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing leases.
- Help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of market conditions.
- Take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles.
- Assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
- Supervise the leasing team.
- Provide general training & development to the leasing team.
- Set goals & celebrate milestones for the leasing team.
