About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants while maintaining strong relationships with property owners. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in office software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is preferred.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or in customer service roles will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
  • Manage inquiries from potential renters via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and leasing activities using office software.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
  • Utilize Yardi for tracking payments and managing financial records related to leasing activities.
