About The Position

NOW HIRING IN ALLENTOWN, PA! A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Allentown. This position will serve as the Community Director for multiple conventional communities in the area. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Assist with property improvement projects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.
