About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at Alton Park in Fort Worth, TX. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and positive leasing experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or property management is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local rental regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective tenants.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify applicant information.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
